Gang of People Discussing about Different Scopes of INNOVATION

Hay, this is one of the sweetest movements in my way to Innovation so I thought of posting this in to my blog.

Have u seen Innovators discussing together in one place. I got a chance to attend and see Innovation team at WIPRO, Bangalore I.e.; on 30th April discussing about various topics in different sectors. I would like to discuss few of the topics which I have learned from this people.

1. It was about "experimental INNOVATION”. What this guy says, you need to do Innovation on the practical things what u see around you. For example, the biggest problem In Bangalore Is traffic and what he says Is u need to stand there on the road and need to feel it by seeing and then only u will come to know where the actual problem in the whole system.

2. This guy was from TITAN and he told about the working procedure of titan and the various projects undergoing in this company. He told us about the challenges what this company is facing and many other things.

3. This Is one of the really Interesting part of this session and this guy Is from "THOUGHT WORKS" company and this guy told us about the working procedure of the company and the way they take the decision for the task given. For example, he told us about “FISH BOWL" process. This is the new way what these people follow over there for taking decisions & also told us many different ways what they follow in their regular process.

4. This guy is from "kreeo" company and he told us about the working procedure of his company and this is a networking based company and he told about the working procedure in there company and he tells how differently they work. For example he compares "NIW" with "NEW”. He tells NIW Is the new way of telling NEW and he compares the working procedure of his company like this.

And I have learned many things like "RENOVATION" which tells about the combination of ‘Revolution with Innovation’. And many things are there which I have learned over there In WIPRO
